Refund and shipping policy.

In entos we work each garment on our clients adapting our models to your specific needs and personalized measures. Being intimate garments, for safety and hygiene of all our clients we do not make reimbursements, however, aware that the errors could happen, we invite you to write to community@entoslingerie.com if there was any problem with your order. It is necessary that any clarification be made within the first 30 calendar days from the reception of your order.

 

How do we send?

All our shipments are made 5-8 business days. Entos works with different packages to ensure each of our shipments.
