1. Object and applicability.
These terms and conditions establish the relationship of consumption between Linali, S.A. Of C.V., hereinafter referred to as “entos” and those visitors, users or consumers of the web domain:https://entoslingerie.com.mx, hereinafter referred to as "website" or "website."
These terms and conditions are public and applicable to all visitors, users and consumers who access or in their case acquire products on this website; It is they who voluntarily accept them to define the consumption relationship.

3. Limitations to responsibility 

Encos declares that it is a company legally constituted under Mexican laws, which meets all the requirements for holding contracts and states to be the owner of the assets or products of the brands that are on the website, in addition to all the elements protected by Intellectual Property Standards.
The obligations and responsibilities of entos are limited to activities carried out on the website, such as the promotion, advertising of general information about the products until guaranteeing and carrying out the commercial transaction (purchase-sale).
For the shipment and/or delivery of the good, entos uses an intermediary provider that is responsible for the delivery of the good to the address indicated by the consumer. Once the commercial transaction is confirmed on our part, a shipping order will be generated that must be monitored with the intermediary supplier (the responsibility for the delivery of the good will fall on the intermediary supplier).

4. PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCESS.
 
To buy the products of the Entos brand on the website, first, you must, select the product (s) that you want to acquire. Once this is done, a new window of the website will be deployed where you can visualize the features (description, images, price, sizes, additional availability) of the previously selected product. In this same window, you can observe the button called “Add to the shopping cart”, when pressing it automatically it will be added to a previous product purchase order. Subsequent, you have the option to continue visualizing the products and adding others to your “shopping cart” or continuing with the purchase. To continue with this process, you must press the “See cart” button that will be enabled once you have added any product. After oppressing this button, a new window will open with previously selected products information, where you can edit your order, modifying the status of the cart. Also in this window, you will have the option of applying some coupon to make some promotion valid. Completed the above, you must oppress the “order” button to go to the last step of the purchase process.
The order confirmed, in the window that is deployed, a form will appear that you must fill with the corresponding data (name, fiscal address and product delivery, telephone, email) that will be used for the creation of an account on our website. If you had previously created a user account on our website, you can access it before carrying out the purchase process and omit this step. It is recommended not to make any transaction until you can visualize product information (s) correctly. Any error in product quality, charge or extra charge on the price that does not match that shown on the website of a product, must be informed via email or telephone. For change of merchandise, you must consult the section of returns and changes.

6. Notifications, returns, changes and guarantee. 

Direct communication with visitors, users or consumers, on any matter, can be done through the means available in contact information. Upon receiving the product through our messaging and parcel provider, it must corroborate that it coincides with the characteristics indicated at the time of purchase on our website. If it were the case that the product received was different, it must communicate it by the contact media.

If the purchased product does not coincide with the characteristics of the announced on the website, you have the option of requesting a return for the money paid or requesting a change for the exact product that you requested in your purchase. This application must be made on the website filling the form with the corresponding information. In the case of product change, once in communication with our part, you must follow the instructions sent to return the acquired through our messaging and parcel provider. The expenses of this shipment are exempted to the consumer.

Exclusions to changes or returns in the case of custom products and those considered as underwear and/or lingerie. Being this type of garments, we request to verify the available sizes and other characteristics of the product you want to buy. If you have doubts about sizes, color, texture, etc., we invite you to make contact with us directly to____, to tend, solving your doubts and comment, prior to any purchase.

7. Protection of personal data and navigation requirements.

8. Payment and billing conditions.

For the payment of any product of the Entos brand, you can choose to pay by making bank transfer or using your OpenPay account, you must follow the corresponding transfer instructions. To generate your purchase invoice, you must fill out the form corresponding to the time of order. Once the invoice is issued, you will have the opportunity to request the correction of data that did not coincide with those that you had indicated in the form.

9. Competence and applicable law.

The applicable regulations for the resolution of conflicts derived from the consumption relationship, will be provided to the provisions of the Official Mexican Standard of Electronic Commerce NMX-COE-001-SCFI-2019, the Federal Law on Consumer Protection, Federal Law of personal data protection in possession of individuals and will be competent to reconcile and/or mediate the Federal Consumer Attorney's Office, as well as to substantiate and promote the respective administrative procedure before the corresponding court.
